Helpful

some things i've found really helpful while pregnant

using a water bottle like this - helps me drink more water for some reason
and then i add the vitamin C which just helps flavor it... if not that, lemon or apple juice

l.o.v.e. peppermint oil - liked this before getting pregnant, just so great to put on any tight areas
i put it on my back in the areas where my muscles pull and then on my neck muscles when i'm at the computer - it's relaxing and helps me breathe better

i've tried a couple different prenatals and started these about a month ago and 
really like them... you have to take 3 a day which i'm sure you could do all at once
but I spread them out  over the day and I think that is what helps me the most

then the pillow in the back - my sister-in-law got me this and i love it!
pack heats or cools and then slides in the pillow
i use it every nite for my back
